Why we started this
Kindling opened from one idea: coffee tastes better when nobody's in a hurry to make it. We buy small lots directly from growers we can name, roast in batches small enough to taste the difference, and pour each cup to order.
No syrups, no gimmicks — just good beans, clean water, and someone behind the counter who actually cares how your cup turns out.
